Heating and Cooling Repairs
HVAC systems generally last between 15 and 20 years. After about 10 years, they often start experiencing problems. Our technicians address various heating and cooling issues, such as short cycling, foul odors, unusual sounds, no airflow, and inconsistent temperatures. You can count on us to diagnose the issue quickly and determine the appropriate repair. In extreme cases, such as a cracked heat exchanger, we may recommend replacing the system.

Seasonal Heating and Air Maintenance
We recommend scheduling maintenance twice per year. Book an appointment in the spring so that we can get your system ready for the summer. Since the average July high in this region is about 82 degrees Fahrenheit, reliable cooling is essential. Schedule another appointment in the fall to get your system ready for the cold winter, with temperatures dropping below freezing. During the appointment, we’ll perform various tasks, including visually inspecting ductwork, cleaning components, and lubricating moving parts. Before booking an inspection and tune-up appointment, review our maintenance agreement to learn how you can save money.
In between professional appointments, it’s important to do simple DIY maintenance tasks to keep your system running optimally. Make sure to change the filter at least once every three months. However, you should do so monthly if there are children, pets, smokers, allergy sufferers, or health-compromised individuals in your home.
Conducting regular visual inspections is also crucial. Check your indoor and outdoor units for potential signs of trouble, such as leaks, cracks, and corrosion. Additionally, make sure nothing is blocking your indoor supply vents, such as furniture, rugs, or curtains. There also shouldn’t be anything near the outdoor condenser. Clear away grills, patio furniture, toys, and even greenery to ensure the unit has proper airflow.
